I became good friends with a lady who parks next to me picking up her grandchildren at my daughters school. Her and her husband have decided to divorce and unfortunately he has already moved out leaving her with a mortgage that is higher then what she can afford. She REALLY hates to sell the house but, she has no choice or else she will lose it and have bad credit. The house is worth $250,000 however, she is willing to go with $220,000. She is even in a pinch enough that she would entertain lower prices. She can not go any lower then $195,000. She is a very nice lady and I am trying to help her out.
