Umbria, in the heart of Italy...
An old historical building, built in 1517, originally known as Palazzo Natalucci, once an old printing house, where one can still see the evidence of passing centuries -an old Roman wall, renaissance vaults, huge wooden beams and a facade with XIX century fountain. There are original frescoes from 15th to 16th century, other known to be under the present wall cover and would need special renovation to recover these artifact. It's now a boutique hotel with a top floor.
there is also a big terrace with garden, and the view on the Umbrian Valley is very wonderful.
It is 20 minutes from Assisi, 15 min. from spoleto, montefalco, Bevagna, 1,35 min. from international airport ( Fiumicino ) and from Rome, 25 min. from the airport in Perugia with domestic flights, London, Munchen, Paris...
