Private owner seeking to make a full exchange of ownership on two adjacent undeveloped residential homesite lots held near growing community of North Port in SW Florida (in Sarasota County; added details below), for inland undeveloped rural land held by a private owner within or adjacent to northwest Florida panhandle region.
