This home was built in late 2004 in Rio Rico Arizona and was bought in the early spring of 2005. We are located on the east side of Rio Rico about a mile off of Paseo Mexico. Are house is next to state lands and behind the Rio Rico golf course. The golf course is right next to the Rio Rico community center. They have a very large swimming pool, a weight room and other fine activities. There is a baseball field and several churches near by. We have excellent views of Mt. Wrightson, Mt. Hopkins, the Madera Canyon area and also able to see as far as Peņa Blanca. Rt. 19 is just 5 miles from exit 12 and exit 17.
Nogales AZ is just south of us and Green Valley is about 30 minutes to the north. There are all kinds of hiking trails and horse back riding. The house sits on a flat lot and it has just under half an acre. The house is in great shape and ready to be moved into. We have the Dish for cable tv, cable has not reached us yet.
We have city water our water bill is about 14.00 dollars a month.
Lights run about 62.00 dollars a month. Depents on how cool or warm you want to be. Our hot water is gas and so in the stove and the furnance. The gas tank is a 120 gallon tank. We have private trash pich up that runs 19.00 dollars a month. The town has a dump that can be used the cost varies from 2.00 dollars to 4.00 dollars depending on the weight and what the contents are,such as a washer or chemicals.
