Even before we visited South Orange County ourselves, we were able to view all the County’s MLS homes for sale through Debbie’s great web site at www.DebbieFerrari.com.

CIPS – Certified International Property Specialist
Debbie Ferrari has earned the rare professional designation of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) from the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
The Certified International Property Specialist Network (CIPS Network) is the specialty membership group for international practitioners of the National Association of REALTORS®, the world's largest trade association.
The elite CIPS Network is comprised of only 1,500 real estate professionals, worldwide, (1,000 being CIPS certified) who deal in all types of real estate, but with one common element: they are focused specifically on the "international" market.
Buyers and sellers involved with international real estate transactions are encouraged to work with a REALTOR® who is a member of NAR's CIPS Network and who has earned the CIPS professional designation.
These professionals are familiar with restrictions on foreign investment, licensing requirements for foreign real estate practitioners and cultural issues related to international transactions. EMS – Designation from National Council of (Property) Exchangers
Often, your EMS real estate broker can help you achieve a tax-free exchange of real property through the tax deferral provisions of Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code. These tax-free Section 1031 exchanges allow you to compound your real estate equity instead of bleeding it through the unnecessary payment of capital gains taxes. Earning the designation requires extensive seminar schooling, years of prior resort-related sales, proper references, and the selling of more than 50 homes within a short period.
