This is an old schoolhouse that was made into a home on 2.5 acres. It is located at 128 Goosecreek Rd. just outside of Conway, MO, which is located along I-44 between Marshfield and Lebanon. We are not really sure of the year it was originally built, but it has been added onto over the years. The house is in need of repair but could be livable. There are two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs; one bathroom which is downstairs. It has a good working well, but the wellhouse needs to be rebuilt. There is also a large garage/shop on this property with a concrete floor and electricity; it has one large door but two vehicles could fit. Also, a small barn/shed with two stalls and an old mobile home in need of repair. There is a small pond on this land with large bass and large channel catfish. Located in a secluded spot out in the country with plenty of nice trees. We need to sell this property outright, so no rent-to-own offers, please.
