This house you have to see to appreciate it. The oak wood throughout and the lighting in the dining and living area is amazing. It has a hugh back yard with privacy fence to enjoy the outdoors with a row of trees extending across the backyard for shade in the evening (note: there are no houses in back of property). The lawn and landscaping is beautiful and all care for by a new sprinkler system and well that atleast saves you $150 to $200 a month - homeowners with one know they will never be without one again. The price I have listed on the house is somewhat higher than others in the area when doing comparables, but when you see it inside and out you will know why. I have maintain the house for my folks in perfect condition and they just moved out last week to a retirement home.
